· Contacting Epson Helpline for problems with inkjet printers.

· Researching new Flash update (CS4)
· Discussing and requesting updated of CS to CS3 in Mac lab (rm3).
· Checking out software for updating teacher’s Mac laptop (Malinowski).
· Updating FHS art website (Harper).
Week 24 February 9-13
· Topics for revolving faculty meeting. Purpose: to increase teachers’ awareness of use of
tech to enhance student understanding.
· Discussed tablet update with EdTech staff
· Updated dept members on new projector.
· Updated dept members on CS2 upgrade
· Assisted T.Romano with tablet-projector setup with help of M.Bachrodt.
Week 25 February 16-20
· Discussed process of creating a logo with Adobe Illustrator w/M.Bachrodt.
· Updated FHS Art websites
· Tech Coach meeting, 8th hour on 2-18.
· Created and applied signs to computers in room 4. Signs were made to remind students to
shut down the mac they’re using after they’re done, as most are left on for hours unused.
This is to save energy and prevent wear on these machines.
Week 26 February 23-27
· Dealing with Epson inkjet errors/issues (Panther compatibility).
· Researching Moodle and Twitter for future art dept. use.
· Researching 3D software (Cheetah).
Week 27 March 2-6
· Report to tech about printer (4600) issue.
· Discussing strands preferences with M.Bachrodt
· Discussing 3D software updates/purchases with various teachers across the district via
email and phone.
· Setting up time for Adobe CS update with Ed Tech.

· Discussion with digital photo teachers about future Epson inkjet use in non-Art dept.

· Discussion with ed tech staff re: problem with students moving drawing tablets around the art lab. T. Sansone gave me some securing straps for the cords.
· Working with new Yamaha keyboard—troubleshooting (will not play in Garage Band). Installed, then reinstalled drivers.
· Assisting C Pinley with tablet skills
· Getting acquainted with prosumer video camera/
